This Privacy Policy describes how Nosooh Financial Company collects, uses and protects your information when you use the evaData platform.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: the name and email provided by our team when your account is created.
• Usage data: API request logs (endpoint, time, status code, IP address) for security, rate-limiting and billing.
• Payment data: processed directly by the HyperPay gateway; we do not store your card details.

2. How we use your information

• To provide the Service and manage your subscription and API keys.
• To enforce rate limits and quotas and prevent abuse.
• To contact you about your account, subscription or billing.

3. Data retention

API activity logs are retained for 30 days and then automatically deleted. Account and billing records are kept for the duration of your relationship with us and as required by law.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only with the service providers necessary to operate the platform (such as the payment gateway and email provider), or where required by law.
