These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the evaData platform (the “Service”), operated by Nosooh Financial Company. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The Service

evaData provides an API for accessing Saudi stock market (Tadawul) data, including quotes, company information, news and financial reports. Data is provided for informational purposes only.

2. Accounts & subscriptions

• Accounts are provisioned by our team after you contact us. You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential.
• Subscriptions are monthly and do not auto-renew; payment is required to continue access after a period ends.
• Value Added Tax (15%) is added to plan prices at checkout.

3. Acceptable use

• Reselling, redistributing or republishing the data without prior written permission is prohibited.
• Exceeding your plan’s rate limits or quotas, or attempting unauthorized access, is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any breach of these terms.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely via the HyperPay gateway. All prices are in Saudi Riyal (SAR) unless stated otherwise. Amounts paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
